Personal Biography

Graduated from DePaul University w undergrad and masters degrees in Biology and Public Service Management respectively. Ph.D from the distinguished Higher Education Administration program at Penn State University (Perennially a Top ranked Higher Education program). M Lee Upcraft Advisor. Taught by William G. Tierney and Estelle Bensimon. Started student affairs career in housing at DePaul University. Came to Wisconsin in 1996. Worked in health services, UW-System senior policy analyst office of Multicultural Affairs, Director of Multicultural Affairs, school of Human Ecology, Assistant Dean of Students, Associate Dean of Students Director of Student Conduct, and Clinical Professor of Higher Education.
