Personal Biography

Dr. Kelley is a professor in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis. She received her PhD in Educational Administration and Policy Analysis from Stanford University in 1993; a Master's Degree in Public Policy from the University of Michigan in 1985; and a B.S. in Journalism from the University of Illinois in 1982.



 

 

Teaching Interests

Courses taught include the Politics of Education, Research Methods, Organizational Theory and Behavior, Leadership for Learning, and Educational Planning.
