The University of Wisconsin-Madison, Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis is seeking applicants for the following four (4) tenure track positions:

Higher Post-secondary and Continuing Education (2 Positions; 1 Assistant, 1 Associate/Full)

We invite individuals whose scholarship and teaching in higher and postsecondary education addresses such key domains as policy; diversity, equity, and inclusion; finance; college students; leadership; student affairs; and intercollegiate athletics.

K-12 Leadership (2 Positions; 1 Assistant, 1 Associate/Full)

We seek one individual whose scholarship and teaching reflects a predominant emphasis on educational finance and resource allocation at the K-12 and/or K-16 levels. The preferred candidate's scholarship would apply across levels.  We seek a second individual whose scholarship and teaching addresses such domains as building and district-level leadership; policy; developing teaching capacity; and planning.

Individuals who are committed to applying their scholarship to address equity, diversity, and difference, across diverse educational settings are encouraged to apply. We seek a full range of candidates, including current assistant, associate, and full professors, postdoctoral fellows, recent doctoral degree recipients, as well as individuals with distinguished educational leadership experience. Publication and teaching records will be evaluated in light of previous experience.

Associate/Full Professor candidates must possess experience and scholarly credentials suitable for appointment with tenure at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Successful candidates will be expected to engage in exemplary research and publication, grant writing, advising, teaching and service (departmental, university, and professional). Potential teaching assignments will match individuals’ expertise to departmental program needs. Successful candidates will also advise doctoral, master's, and certification students, and contribute to outreach, consonant with the Wisconsin Idea.
