Description
Join us to celebrate the start of the 2017-18 academic year at the School of Education's annual Welcome Back Bash.  The event, for faculty and staff, is scheduled to be held outside on the Education Building's North Plaza. Enjoy Babcock ice cream while you connect with colleagues from across the School. A brief program, which includes remarks from Dean Diana Hess and the introduction of new department chairs and faculty members, begins at 1:30 p.m.

The Grand Challenges Engage Poster Fair will be held concurrently from 12:30 to 1:30 in the Morgridge Commons. The poster fair will display artistic representations of the 14 Engage Proposals submitted for funding. Enjoy a gallery walk to view posters and learn more about each team's ideas, then head outside for some ice cream and the Dean's welcome.

If it rains, the welcome event will be moved to the Morgridge Commons and the Poster Fair will move to the Wisconsin Idea Room.
