David Schuler
ELPA PhD Alum
and Illinois Educator

Chosen as 2018 National Superintendent of the Year

Adam Ross Nelson, ELPA PhD alum selected as the 2018 ASCA (Association for Student Conduct Administration) dissertation of the Year Award winner.

One of the selection committee commented, "It seems to me that the dissertation speaking most directly to the work done by student conduct professionals is Adam Nelson's dissertation on "Learning and Development as a Result of Student Conduct Administration." His null results actually speak volumes with regard to the profession's assumption regarding the assumed educational process and learning that we use as one of our outcomes for students."
